Our client, a boutique finance firm, based in the West End is seeking an exceptional PA / Office Manager to provide operational support to the business and PA support to the CEO. As their PA / Office Manager you will be working in an organisation that works in the exciting creative space with high profile clients. This challenging yet highly rewarding PA / Office Manager role will allow you to get involved in all support aspects of the general day to day running of the business as well as being the CEO’s right-hand person. PA / Office Manager duties will include managing a busy diary, travel and email management for the CEO, assisting with the opening of several new national offices due to company expansion, event planning, HR administration, managing the receptionist, ordering of supplies and being the real ‘go to person’ within this buzzy, young office. As their PA / Office Manager you will have bags of energy with a real can do and proactive approach to your work as well as experience of working within a similar role and boutique environment. You will be joining at a crucial stage of the business giving you plenty of opportunity to make this role your own and have a real impact on the business. Hours 9-5.30pm with some flexibility.
