We’re seeking a professional, proactive Receptionist to manage a busy front desk and ensure the smooth running of the offices. This is a standalone, fully office-based Receptionist role (9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday) - ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and providing first-class Reception service in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all reception duties, including answering calls and greeting guests
  • Handling room bookings and setting up meeting rooms and events
  • Coordinating visitors’ travel arrangements when required
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors, and maintaining office supplies
  • Restocking and maintaining kitchen areas
  • Ensuring reception and communal areas remain tidy and presentable at all times
  • Maintaining confidentiality

About You:

  • Experienced in a corporate, fast-paced reception environment
  • Professional, polite, and outgoing with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a standalone role
