We are looking for a meticulously organised and passionate EA to support the CEO and COO of a boutique design consultancy on a 2-6 month contract. This role is predominantly remote, with occasional visits to their co-working space in East London. Typical EA duties will include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings, taking accurate minutes as needed.
- Proactively manage priorities, deadlines, and projects to ensure efficient workflow for the executive team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an EA or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools for scheduling and documentation.
