We are looking for a highly organised and pro-active Operations Director to take operational lead of a small but fast-growing luxury design company. This Operations Director role will require an excellent multi-tasker who will work efficiently to ensure the operations of the company run like clockwork. We are looking for a switched on, enthusiastic and hard-working Operations Director who can gain a complete and in-depth understanding across all areas of the business. As the Operations Director you will be liaising with teams across the world, making sure that projects are moving along, and deadlines are being met. As the Director will often be travelling, this Operations Director will need to be able to step up and lead the team/business in their absence. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who is looking to progress into a role that will offer ownership, autonomy and originality.
Operational experience is essential, an interest in luxury/design is beneficial.
