We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager for a boutique but global leader in capital introductions.
With over 100 international clients, across Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and other Collective Investment funds, the role will be focused on liaising with and acting as a matchmaker between investors and funds, matching investor requirements with available funds.
Responsibilities will include;
Conducting client facing meetings and engaging with clients in order to understand their business and asset raising targets, documenting client interactions and communicating these to managers in the Research Team, working closely with managers and senior colleagues to effectively communicate client needs and translate these into deliverable projects for the team, implementing clients requests, taking ownership of client deliverables, and working on enhancing service and client retention strategies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ client facing experience within finance and enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
