Well known and prestigious international private equity boutique is looking for a second Executive Assistant to support a Partner and a team. They need an Executive Assistant able to hit the ground running and used to working in this very fast paced and moving environment. The role will include lots of scheduling across times zones and travel, as well as event planning, venue sourcing and booking of dinners and lunches and preparing for Board and investment committee meetings. This role will suit an Executive Assistant especially used to working in an international business and interfacing with other offices globally. Occasional travel involved to the European head office for company training and socials.
Staff work mostly in the office with some ad hoc WFH on Fridays.
