We are working on the most fabulous role for a well presented and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the 2 Founders of a boutique investment firm, based in beautiful offices near Marble Arch. This Executive Assistant will play an integral role within a hard-working, innovative team of around 20ppl. We are looking for an Executive Assistant with solid experience, the Founders need full on and total support including managing a busy inbox, complex diary management, domestic and global travel, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing expenses and welcoming visitors to the office. This Executive Assistant role is predominantly business focussed although due to how busy the Founders can be, there may be some ad hoc private support also. This Executive Assistant will be a focal point of the office, making sure that anyone who visits the office, including HNWI’s, feel welcomed and looked after, so it is important this individual is friendly and approachable whilst remaining professional at all times. The successful Executive Assistant will have a strong skill set and be looking for a new challenge where they will be fully involved in the business. Strong literacy skills will be required, as well as experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Our client offers a very generous benefits package including a discretionary bonus and core working hours are 10am – 5pm.
