We are delighted to be working with an innovative and creative design agency who are seeking a dynamic Studio Manager / PA to join the team in their brand-new studio in East London. Within a tight-knit team of 15, the Studio Manager / PA roles provides an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, who likes to pitch in wherever needed, and really make the role their own. For an individual who is proactive and highly organised, the Studio Manager / PA is integral within this fast-paced environment, a key team player in the everyday studio support. This is a varied and busy role which involves managing the day-to-day running of the creative space, as well as providing admin support to some of the Directors. Typical duties include managing all aspects of the studio, hosting clients, supporting with events organisation, diary management, arranging meetings, and supplier management.
We are looking for a Studio Manager / PA who has experience within in similar role in a creative industry. The ideal candidate will be confident and personable, someone who remains calm under pressure and takes pride in their work and the environment around them.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
Out of hours work events will be required such as client breakfasts or evening events
This is a full time office based role in Shoreditch
