We are looking for a PA / Office Manager to work three days a week, to cover a one year maternity contract. Our client is a boutique private equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair and the role is providing business and private PA support to three, all at C Level. Working as part of a small team, attitude and personality fit is going to be key and this is a varied role where you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and muck in with whatever is required. When the other PA is on holiday, you must also be willing to work five days for that week to ensure the team are covered, so some flexibility is key.
The successful PA / Office Manager will have solid previous experience, no less than three years previous experience but ideally five, working at board/Chair level.
Typical PA duties will include; diary, travel, meeting scheduling, inbox, expenses, liaising with family members, managing properties and household staff. There will also be building management, general office management and light HR duties.

The PA / Office Manager role will be working from home with possibly one or two days in the office initially. In time this may increase to being full time for the three days a week, in the office depending on the pandemic.
