We are looking for a senior Private and Business PA to support the main principle based in a private family office in Kensington. We have very specific requirements for this role, and are looking for a PA who has worked in a prestigious family office in London previously, and who is used to the demands of a certain lifestyle.
The PA role is based in a very small office so the successful candidate must be comfortable working autonomously. The principle has a variety of business interests including a large philanthropic focus.
In addition to the usual basic PA duties, the candidate will be responsible for accounts, liaising with professionals and looking after personal affairs. The principal is exceptionally busy and has high standards, so it is imperative for this individual to have a high attention to detail whilst also working efficiently on their own. The role is highly organisational involving lots of complex diary management, travel, expenses and maintaining travel records for tax purposes, document production and research as well. The role is 50/50 Private and Business role.
PA responsibilities will vary from day to day, depending on the necessities, and will involve close liaison with the family home in London and other properties. The PA will also manage and coordinate the day-to-day affairs of the principal including coordinating all personal travel, diary, restaurant bookings and all social invitations. The PA will be responsible and trusted with managing all personal expenses and invoicing accounts. Ideally you will have had prior experience in managing multiple diaries and conflicts, as well as ever changing global travel itineraries. The principles are looking for individuals with excellent IT skills and research and character wise you need to be confident, discreet, proactive, adaptable and be able to prioritise, multi-task and use your initiative. Degree educated preferred, otherwise someone with good common sense, switched on and able to work at pace.
The core hours are 9am – 6pm although there needs to be some flexibility around this.
