Our client is a fast-growing, hugely exciting, creative, London-based start-up, which has raised a large amount of funding since its launch and is now changing the market in which it operates.

We are looking for a proactive office manager to manage the day-to-day running of the office. This is a busy Office Manager role where no two days will be the same. This role will be the first point of contact for the brand and so being enthusiastic, warm and welcoming is a must. This role has plenty of opportunities for growth, initiative and proactivity is essential.

The London Office Manager role will report to the Global Office Manager and must be happy working as part of a team. There is a real events focus to this role so we are looking for a creative thinker who can design and implement new and exciting ideas.

Office Manager Responsibilities

Meet and greet of all guests to the office

Manage onboarding of new staff

Oversee all facilities and maintenance 

Create, design and run internal and external events

Liaise with IT

Health and safety

Manage and maintain meeting rooms

Liaise with post, deliveries & couriers

General running of errands

Ad-hoc research tasks including upcoming office move

Office Manager Requirements

Switched-on with a good sense of humour

Friendly, positive, and welcoming

Team player

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A self-motivated and highly organised multitasker
