Our client, a highly successful Recruitment firm, specialising in placing senior finance talent within private equity-backed businesses, has an exciting PA / Office Manager opportunity. This PA / Office Manager will support a small team of Directors and manage the day to day running of the office. This rewarding PA / Office Manager role is based in fabulous offices in the heart of the West End and requires an exceptionally motivated and organised PA to keep them in shape and assist with their exciting expansion plans. This would suit someone with around 4 years PA / Office Management experience within the recruitment or professional services sector, who has bags of energy and positivity, enjoys being the go to person within the office and able to be a true ambassador for the business.
PA and Office Manager duties will include supporting the CEO, MD and Director with their diaries, schedules, travel and accommodation. Preparation of documentation and management of the board meetings; looking after meeting rooms and guests; overseeing the internal recruitment process including onboarding; liaising with Finance, HR, IT/systems and Marketing; financial and sales reporting using Excel, organising team events and any ad hoc project work.
To join this fantastic sociable team and really be able to make an impact from day one you must be educated to a minimum of A Level standard with excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and skills.
