Based in Central North London, a specialist design and branding agency for the luxury hotels, restaurants, chefs etc is looking for an office/studio manager and Executive Assistant to their Founder.
They need a high calibre office manager used to working with excellent attention to detail who will be central to all the wheels turning in the studio. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be responsible for monitoring all the company finances (with support from an external accountant) and managing the office facilities, liaise with an external HR Consultant and oversee HR administration
As the only administrator in the studio, the Executive Assistant will also be client facing, organise team social events. The Executive Assistant will also act as PA to the Founder and ensuring her life runs smooth. They need 5 days in the office for the first 6 months then can offer some hybrid flexibility.
