One of our fabulous clients is looking for a bright and confident PA to join their Consultancy firm based in stunning City offices. This PA will be joining the company at a really exciting time of growth so we are looking for a PA who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment supporting a Senior Executive. There is a great company culture with a buzzy vibe around the office and plenty of working from home! We are looking for a PA who is highly organised with great time management and communication skills. Typical PA duties will include extensive diary management, arranging meetings and preparing relevant documents, booking of national and international travel, assist with the planning of company events, and other administrative duties. This PA role will not only be managing the busy and varied schedule of the Senior Executive, but will also have the opportunity to be hands on with projects, liaising with clients to manage expectations and timescales. The ideal PA will have a minimum of 2 years corporate PA experience, who is confident in ensuring the smooth day to day running of schedules and able to highlight potential issues and multi-task.
