We are working on an exciting new senior EA role at a leading, global management consultancy. Based in super smart West End offices, this role is supporting two Partners who are hugely well connected, requiring first class EA support. The culture at this firm is what sets it apart from others, where work life balance is respected and the EAs are hugely valued in a flat structured working environment. There is an impressive list of benefits, generous bonus, and the EAs are really invested in and developed.
Ideally, we are looking for an EA who is confident at building relationships with clients and can work flat out, at a fast pace during the working day. The two Partner’s diaries are back to back, ever changing, working across time zones and the inbox management is equally as demanding. We therefore need an EA who can give us endless examples of doing these tasks are who will not be afraid of doing testing as part of the interview process. As well as the typical EA duties, the successful candidate will be required to manage projects, organise events, and become part of the community internally.
This is a lovely role for an EA looking to provide more than the traditional EA support and instead get involved in the business and really add value. The office culture is very important to the business and subsequently the EAs tend to stay a long time. We are looking for an EA with solid previous experience, ideally from within a professional services environment and strong academic qualifications.
