We are seeking a full-time, proactive PA to CEO and Office Manager with light reception duties for a modern and flexible, specialist SME bank.
Based 4 days a week from smart, open plan offices in the City, as PA you will be supporting a dynamic and self-sufficient CEO on the business side, with duties including diary, inbox and expense management, a small amount of travel arrangement, presentation, report writing, marketing material and events assistance, and general admin support. You will also co-ordinate the board and Exco, act as a central contact for the smooth running of the office and provide office management and light FOH duties.
Core hours are 9am to 5pm with some flexibility.
