We have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and experienced Office Manager to head up the opening of our client’s boutique office, based in the heart of Mayfair. Our client is a privately held, global holding company with multi-billion-dollar operating companies around the world; this newly refurbished space will therefore act as satellite office for employees to use when based in London. With company Head Quarters based in New York, this Office Manager will liaise with the US team to ensure that travel itineraries and schedules are always aligned. This highly organised and proactive Office Manager will be the face of the office and will be solely responsible for the smooth day to day running of this space. As there will be visitors coming and going every week, we are looking for an Office Manager who is warm, with a friendly yet professional approach. This Office Manager will be an integral part of this global company, enabling the team to continue their hard work by being the go-to person for their London office.

Typical Office Manager duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Phone management
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Managing facilities
  • Ordering lunches/stock
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Ensuring the office is presentable at all times
  • Arranging catering for meetings and events
  • Being responsible for H&S and fire regulations

Working hours are 08.00 – 16.00 and company benefits include – discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, healthcare, and pension.
