Remote Bookkeeper - Family Office

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Finance Assistant/Bookkeeper who has excellent knowledge of Sage and Excel, to join a small team working for my client’s Family Office. The role is fully remote and we are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience within a similar role as a bookkeeper, financial assistant, company accountant or financial administrator for example.

Duties will include:

  • Purchase ledger, invoicing, payments and reconciliation
  • Sales ledger, invoicing, payments and reconciliation
  • Expenses payments and reconciliation
  • Daily review of bank postings and bank reconciliations
  • Credit control

Candidate requirements;

  • AAT part or fully qualified, or equivalent
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Experience of Sage Line 50

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm, but flexible to be less if the work is completed.
