A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a friendly and proactive PA to support 3 Directors of a private family business that manages investments in property and healthcare. Based in their offices in Maida Vale, you will be joining a small, collaborative team of 2 who you will work alongside, to fulfil a wide range of private, business and charitable PA duties for the Directors. No two days will be the same!

This is an exciting PA opportunity to further your career and grow within this expanding organisation.

PA duties will include;

  • Travel arrangements
  • Diary management
  • Booking personal appointments
  • Organising gifts
  • Booking restaurants and other lifestyle requests
  • Assisting with searching and negotiating new business opportunities
  • Searching for tenants and conducting property research
  • Liaising with various contractors for repairs or maintenance works
  • Liaising with a variety of professionals (e.g solicitors, brokers, accountants)
  • Negotiating contracts or services
  • Preparing documents
  • Assist with donations
  • Sorting post and other administrative tasks

We are looking for candidates who have minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role, a positive attitude and are eager to learn. Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent attention to detail are essential for this role.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (flexibility to start earlier/later). 5 days office during probation and then 1 day working from home.
