This is a super exciting opportunity for a dynamic and adaptable EA to join the team of a successful early-stage tech start up. Quickly becoming front-runners in their field, our client is dedicated to creating a platform for philanthropy, connecting corporates with charities, and creating a sustainable, affordable, and fun way to support charitable projects. This EA role provides a unique opportunity for an experienced candidate to become a true right-hand to the CEO and leadership team at a time where the company is heading into the next stage of growth. This EA role will involve providing comprehensive business support to the CEO and leadership team (70%), as well as managing the CEO’s private affairs (30%).

Typical duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Acting as a point of contact between executives, internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Travel arrangements and organising events
  • Drafting and editing documents and presentations
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office
  • Managing the CEOs family office and personal affairs such as family events, household matters, property management, and support with financial management

This role is a provides an experienced EA with the chance to join a hard-working and forward-thinking team, who are extremely passionate about what they do. The successful candidate must have experience supporting at senior level, both in a business and private capacity.

Core working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, however there may be an element of out of hours support. Our client is offering fantastic benefits including hybrid working, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 20% discretionary bonus, private healthcare, annual subsidy for self-development, and more!
