We are seeking a polished Receptionist for a leading high end skincare clinic in Central London.
As the face of the company and first point of contact for its high end, high net worth and often high profile clientele, this is a key role, requiring a smart, smiley, personable, professional and articulate candidate, with excellent client facing skills, who is happy working in a very busy and fast-paced environment.
As well as the more usual reception duties such as meeting and greeting, responding to calls and emails, and booking in clients, responsibilities will include assisting with social media and marketing, sending out orders, taking payments, ordering stock, and providing general admin support, so a nice broad role.
Hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
