We are seeking a confident and efficient Operations Manager for a well-established private equity firm in Central London.
You must have at least 2-3 years office support experience, including previous experience with either office management/facilities/operations duties and experience within finance- comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment.
Responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office and operations, ensuring operational activities are delivered on time and to budget, liaising with managers, staff, vendors, and stakeholders; implementing, developing and maintaining systems and processes and improving company tools, assisting with travel arrangement, document management, budgets, reports, expenditure, cost-tracking, data collection, variance analysis, HR, IT provision and events.
