EA within Tech/Hospitality, Dubai

We are so excited to be working on a fabulous new EA Dubai role, for one of our inspirational clients, who is looking for a talented & ambitious EA to join his growing hotel-tech start-up, based at their stunning brand new Dubai offices.  CANDIDATES MUST BE ALREADY BASED OUT IN DUBAI.

After just securing some serious investment, he is looking for an experienced EA to primarily support him, the Founder, but also be on hand to support the other C-Suite executives if required. This fabulous opportunity would suit an EA who wants to be their Principal’s number 1, be able to get involved in all aspects of the business and take ownership of various projects. 

For the right EA there will be the opportunity for some travel and scope to get involved with the more strategic side of the business.  This is a brand-new EA role so plenty of opportunity to make your own, core duties will include;

• Extensive and ever-changing diary management  
• Organise all aspects of extensive international travel for the Founder  Monitoring and managing email inbox - prioritizing and delegating tasks as appropriate
• Attending meetings, taking action points and proactively making sure these action points are carried out Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing and editing various documents, reports and presentations
• Assisting with podcast production Ad hoc Project work

The successful candidate will have experience working within a fast-paced start-up environment, will thrive on a challenge, be focussed and resourceful with the ability to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.  Degree educated essential.
