A top global property developers, west end based have created a new role for an office manager.
They are looking for an office manager with experience on facilities who is smart, professional and switched on who will oversee all the day to day facilities and administration of their head office. You will also give some PA support to 2 Directors handling their calendars, travel and expenses as well as in charge of receiving clients and visitors who arrive for meetings. They are looking for candidates with previous Reception experience and also have some office admin/facilities experience who are looking to progress their career.
You will be joining a corporate who seek to create a good working environment for their staff and to look after their well being. This role requires to work full time in the office.
