We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a charming CEO to cover a one-year maternity contract. Hybrid working is provided with 2 days office based and 3 working from home. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be confident at liaising with high level professionals. We are looking for an Executive Assistant with a superb attention to detail as part of the role will include taking minutes in meetings and working at Board level.
The ideal Executive Assistant will have a minimum of five years previous secretarial experience, and either by available immediately or on a short notice period. We are looking for an Executive Assistant with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanour and good MS office skills.
The Executive Assistant will be required to manage diary and travel requirements, prepare itineraries, take notes in meetings, compose, type, and transmit correspondence, manage specific projects, maintain contacts, manage expenses, assist with research and support the wider team if required.
