A start up in medical aesthetics is seeing startling rapid growth as distributor of new cutting edge skincare treatments. The 2 Founders are looking for a right hand Executive Assistant who can become the rock of their office, managing the communication flow, being customer facing (medical clinics), organising training events as well as office and financial administration. They are looking for an Executive Assistant who ideally has experienced both working in a corporate and in a small business. They need an Executive Assistant who can systemise and keep track of information, who is also very competent on IT. They would like to hire an Executive Assistant who is proactive, capable of working independently and open to growing their career with the company. Knowledge of Social Media and websites would be useful and a hands on problem solving mentality would work well.
Hours 10-6pm, Fulltime initially in the office and once settled one day WFH negot.
