We are delighted to be working with this new client, a boutique finance firm, based in fabulous Mayfair offices. This role is supporting a couple of Partners, working alongside another PA in the business. While the role includes some standard PA duties, this position would be perfect for a PA looking to get more involved in other aspects of the company, including marketing and events. The business is fast growing and this is a busy PA role, so it is a very exciting time to join. 

PA duties:

  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Bookings and confirmations
  • Writing emails and letters
  • Drafting documents and presentations
  • CRM data entry and management
  • Inbox management

Events:

  • Assist with the organisation of internal and client entertainment events (drinks parties, lunches, dinners) including venue bookings, caterers, invitations

Marketing:

  • General administrative support for marketing initiatives, including mail outs

The ideal PA will be well presented, personable and confident with dealing with the Senior Leadership Team. The client is looking for a PA with a good attitude, energy and positivity, and looking to get involved in many aspects of the company’s day to day operations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a PA
  • Strong attention to detail to match with the company’s high-quality output

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm OR 9am to 6pm. Working from home every other Friday (with flexibility to work from home at other times during the week if necessary)
