We are excited to be looking for a HR Assistant for this premium consultancy firm based in the West End. With a strong focus on respect and value for each other, this a lovely company who are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to become a fully integrated member of the Global HR team, ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to a busy and varied role.

HR Assistant tasks:

  • Support the HR Business Partners with HR activities
  • Assist with payroll
  • Manage the benefit administration
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Implement and maintain Company policy
  • Assisting with recruitment
  • Participate in staff interviews
  • Process employee data
  • Compile employment contracts
  • Send out and process all new joiner start-up paperwork
  • Send out and process pre-employment references
  • Manage probation meetings and draft relevant paperwork
  • Manage performance reviews
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects
  • Prepare ad hoc reports from HR database

The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive, methodical, and articulate, and is ready for an exciting and diverse role. This is a very hands-on role and is perfect for someone who is eager to showcase their current skills, while there is also plenty of room for development.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
