Office Administrator Part-time

A fabulous opportunity for a part-time Office Administrator has arisen for one of our most exciting property consultancies based in creative City offices.  This talented and fun team require an Administrator who is isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, who can be a true team player and provide a valued and pro-active operational support service.  This Administrator will need to have worked in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and any administration experience within a planning/property environment will be an advantage.

As primary support to the Office & Facilities Co-ordinator and Receptionist, the Office Administrator will get involved with current projects, conducting daily conflict checks, providing assistance to the wider team including all aspects of travel management, weekly reporting, managing companywide marketing emails, maintaining the Client Management System, IT issues, keeping documents and correspondence systems up to date and providing Reception cover.

4.5 hours daily, five days a week, generous benefits package includes 25 days holiday (pro rata), bonus, 9% pension, career break opportunities, wellbeing activities, socials including annual skiing trip and summer party.
