We have an incredibly exciting new opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Director of a prestigious art institute, based in stunning offices within a Grade 1 listed building. This is a 3-month contract role, offering hybrid working and the possibility of turning permanent if the candidate is successful. This bright and polished Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive, administrative, and operational support as well as having the opportunity to manage selected projects. As the Director’s Executive Assistant, you will have worked in a client-facing role and be hard-working with the ability to be one step ahead at all times. This dedicated Executive Assistant needs to be a great multi-tasker, willing to go the extra mile, and have great attention to detail. As the Director’s gatekeeper, it is vital that this Executive Assistant is well-presented and has impeccable verbal and written communications skills.
