Are you an experienced and organized individual with a passion for the creative world? We are looking for a part-time PA to join an internationally renowned luxury jewellery brand, supporting the visionary Founder and wider team. Based out their lovely West London offices, as the PA you will support the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office and enabling the team to focus on delivering the highest standards of service to their clientele. The company is going from strength to strength and are currently in a very exciting time of growth, they have a global presence and are stocked in prestigious retailers such as Liberty's, Net-a-porter, and Goop. Typical PA duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the schedules of key team members, ensuring appointments, meetings, and events are well-organized and coordinated Customer Emails: Handle customer inquiries and correspondence with a professional and friendly demeanour, providing timely and helpful responses General Administration: Assist in various administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies Office Administration: Keep the office environment organized and welcoming, overseeing tasks like mail handling, phone calls, and managing office facilities.

This role will suit a skilled and motivated PA who thrives in a fast-paced, artistic environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience in a creative environment is essential, experience working within jewellery is a bonus.
