An exceptional Receptionist is required for one of our most prestigious investment houses, based in beautiful Mayfair offices. This Reception role is key in providing the warm welcome that the high profile guests love to receive and this would suit someone who has proven experience at delivering exceptional customer service within a busy front of house/ Reception environment.
Typical Reception duties will include welcoming and announcing visitors, phone management, coordinating the meeting rooms, ensuring the Reception is tidy and well-presented at all times, booking taxis, sorting the mail, assisting with ordering stationery and other office supplies and supporting the with wider facilities team as required.
This Receptionist role is highly visible and as such you will need to be professional, immaculately presented and have experience of dealing with high profile individuals.
£30,000 salary, 10% pension, 26 days holiday, bonus, friendly, family feel culture.
