A fabulous Office Manager opportunity has arisen for a bright and ambitious Office Manager to join a game-changing technology company, based in modern offices in the heart of the City. Within an organisation that is rapidly expanding, the Office Manger has the chance to be a part of exciting plans for the future within a company that has rapidly established itself as one of the market leaders. As well as taking on traditional Office Manager duties, this is the perfect role for an Office Manager who enjoys being part of a young and fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to really champion the culture side of the company. 

Office Manager duties include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office
  • Maintaining relationships with key suppliers
  • Overseeing meeting room bookings
  • Ad hoc travel arrangements
  • Office planning management
  • Overseeing Health & Safety, First Aid & Fire Safety
  • Liaising daily with various company departments
  • Meeting and greeting clients and being a point of contact
  • Support the effective induction / on-boarding of all new employees
  • Be a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility Programme and Staff Engagement

This is the ideal role for an Office Manager who is keen to be part of a tight knit team in a highly varied role. Happy to be the ‘go-to’ person, the perfect candidate will be personable, a problem-solver and have a real muck-in attitude!

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office (City), 2 days from home
