We are seeking an EA / Office Manager to provide a wide-range of administrative and logistical support to the growing charity of a private family office. This is a new role and a unique opportunity for someone who values their personal and spiritual growth.

The role requires flexibility to work from different locations (5 days a week), depending on needs, meaning that you could work from offices in North, Central or West London.

Duties for this position are varied, including:

  • Office and property management in the North London area
  • Providing EA support to senior staff (e.g. travel logistics, scheduling, note-taking, formatting and proofing documents, and other tasks)
  • Making travel arrangements and providing ad hoc PA support to charity fellows and grantees when they are in London
  • Record-keeping and filing
  • Organising events
  • Book-keeping support in coordination with the COO and the Financial Manager
  • Managing a MS Teams task list for the organisation and circulating a weekly update
  • Managing the charity’s internal team calendar

Previous PA/EA and ideally Office Management experience is required, as well as experience developing internal processes and a desire to develop both personally and spiritually.
