We are very excited to be working with a cutting-edge fintech company based in the heart of Soho - they have a global presence and as the company continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced and proactive EA / Office Manager to support their London office. Joining a tight-knit, young and social team, this EA / Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and provide EA support to the MD and wider team. This is a busy and varied role, with plenty of autonomy and scope, which will suit an ambitious and hard-working EA / Office Manager who is looking for that next step-up in their career. This EA / Office Manager will be the linchpin of the office, facilitating efficient communication, managing schedules, and handling various administrative tasks to help enable productivity and success. Typical EA / Office Manager duties will include:

  • Being responsible for all administrative and operational best practices for the European region
  • Organising and managing the calendars of the team, including setting calls and meetings as required
  • Organising and managing travel itineraries for the team (booking of flights, hotels, etc.)
  • Assisting in organizing and preparing for client-facing events, meetings and conferences
  • Undertaking market research and analysis with the guidance of the team
  • Assisting with business development activities (management of the CRM tool and supporting with outreach)
  • Efficiently managing office supplies and expenses, including stationary, office pantry, printing supplies and monitoring costs against budget.
  • Responsible for Europe-specific HR & Recruitment matters

Core working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm, benefits include:
