We are looking for a bright and ambitious EA to step into a dynamic role at the heart of an innovative community dedicated to human and leadership development. In this busy and varied 1:1 EA role you will work alongside the Founder and play an integral role in the organization, helping to shape and streamline the company's operations. As the EA, your focus will be on managing their diverse range of events, from flagship training programs to community gatherings and team-building activities. This EA role will suit a driven and highly organised EA who has a passion for personal development and is happy working autonomously whilst also being a team player.

Typical EA responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with the CEO to plan and organise company processes and schedules.
  • Taking the lead in coordinating events, handling everything from logistics to entertainment.
  • Providing top-notch customer service to event attendees and managing RSVPs.
  • Working with vendors and suppliers to secure essential services for our events.
  • Assisting the CEO with personal tasks, from scheduling appointments to making travel arrangements.

What We're Looking For:

  • A dynamic and proactive individual with a background in events and/or hospitality.
  • An enthusiastic learner who can quickly adapt to new technology.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent people skills and a warm, welcoming demeanour.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
  • A degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel twice per year.
  • Requirement to work 1 weekend/month with days in lieu given.
