A small but highly successful start-up, that is directly helping tackle climate change, has an opportunity for a bright and energetic Executive Assistant to join their young and enthusiastic team. Based out of their co-working offices 2 days a week, with 3 days working from home, this Executive Assistant will provide EA services to the Director/Founder and the wider team when needed. Other administrative and operational tasks will include being the first point of contact, writing content for marketing, helping with reports including design and imagery, and issuing certificates/documentation to clients. As a start-up business, the roles and responsibilities of this Executive Assistant position will change over time, so the candidate must be enthusiastic and willing to jump in and help on various tasks as required. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is passionate about being part of a fast moving entrepreneurial-business and growing with it over time, as this role has the potential to adapt into a Business / Operations Manager position in the future. The successful Executive Assistant will be professional in their method of working, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable attention to detail. A passion for the environment would be a bonus!

Core working hours are 9am – 5.30pm, benefits include hybrid-working, 25 days holiday + 2 weeks off over Christmas + bank holidays, plus making a real difference to climate change!
