A fantastic opportunity for an EA/Office Manager to work for a successful Production company based in the heart of Soho. You will be joining a fun, friendly and hardworking team of 16 in a more relaxed, yet fast paced environment! We are looking for candidates who have 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar hybrid role. Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday working from home.

The EA/Office Manager will split their time between supporting 2 Directors, ensuring the smooth running of the office and managing the Office Assistant.

Duties will include;

  • Diary management; often with last minute changes
  • Scheduling meetings; preparing, updating and reminding the 2 Directors
  • Liaising with clients; building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Managing the Office Assistant and any trainees
  • Office Manager duties; assisting with IT, office maintenance, ordering supplies etc.
  • Organising events
  • Assisting with onboarding, company training etc.
  • Health and safety

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, enthusiastic team player, who enjoys being the ‘go to’ person in the office. Candidates must have top notch organisation and interpersonal skills, and be a real problem solver.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9.30am-6pm with Friday working from home.
