An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic EA to work for one of the world’s fastest-growing vertical farming companies who are rapidly scaling up. We are looking for a London based EA to provide a high level of private and business support to the 2 founders who are hugely entrepreneurial, inspirational and passionate about sustainability. With around 1,000 employees globally, you will be part of a small, supportive administrative team. Although this role is remote, you must be flexible to work from their household in North West London once or twice a week.

This is an absolutely fabulous high intensity private and business role that requires a flexible, proactive and resourceful approach.

 EA duties will include; extensive diary management, global business and private travel, including visas, transfers etc. coordination of meetings and calls, preparation of agendas, documentation and minutes with follow up actions, updating records and liaising with stakeholders. Plus private support to the family; booking appointments, gift purchasing, liaising with household staff, paying bills, personal administration and much more!

The right candidates will be confident, emotionally intelligent team players, with strong interpersonal and computer skills.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with flexibility outside of normal hours.
