This role is a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to work closely with and support Senior Leaders at the heart of this higher education institute. Perfect for an Executive Assistant who is a real team player, wanting to work collaboratively with their colleagues to provide the highest level of administrative support to key figures in this organisation, the ideal candidate will be proactive, confident and flexible.
Joining a growing team of 18 in the department, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting various Senior Leaders, enabling them to deliver their strategic objectives. Executive Assistant duties will include diary management, travel logistics and itineraries, managing correspondence to ensure an effective flow of communication, and being the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Executive Officers, this is a brilliant role that will suit someone who is keen to get involved and put their hand up.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant, excellent interpersonal skills and a good energy.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (with flexibility)
This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week requirement in the office
