A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a superstar Office Manager to join a boutique Private Equity firm in the West End. Our client is looking for an ambitious, hands-on Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their family office, essential in enabling the team to continue their hard work in investing in some of the most exciting businesses around. The Office Manager will be a key player within this collaborative team, and with the need to be highly organised and proactive, we are looking for an Office Manager who is ready to hit the ground running and get stuck in from the word go! This Office Manager role is an exciting position within a company that provides a huge amount of opportunity to learn and develop within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

As the Office Manager, your role will vary day to day and will involve meeting and greeting HNW guests and clients, maintaining relationships with key suppliers and the management of office supplies, supporting the senior team with admin requirements, the processing of expenses and providing support to the accountant, as well as the organisation of office events such as drinks and dinners.

With huge amounts of opportunity to grow within the company, our client is looking for a motivated, inquisitive, and personable Office Manager who is keen to put their hand up and learn from the best!

Ideal candidates will have experience in office management and in finance.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
