Are you a positive and professional Team Assistant / Receptionist looking to work at a highly successful, boutique consultancy firm? Based in super smart City offices, we are looking for a lovely Team Assistant / Receptionist confident at providing first class customer service. As well as being the first point of contact, we are looking for a Team Assistant / Receptionist who can assist with all basic admin, as well as working closely with the Office Manager to oversee the day to day running of the office. The successful Team Assistant / Receptionist will be required to meet and greet all guests, book and manage the meeting rooms, liaise with catering, sort the post, book travel and couriers, manage office supplies, assist with expenses and help with office events. We are ideally looking for a Team Assistant / Receptionist who has some proven previous office experience and who is looking for a front of house role they can really make their own. This role would suit a polished and well-spoken candidate who is happy working as part of a team with a can-do and positive attitude. Initiative and commitment will be key and there is lots of opportunity to get involved and progress internally, so this can be a stepping stone to a bigger role in time.
