You will be joining a fun, sociable yet hard-working team of 10, with the flexibility of 3 days working from home. This Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring that the service provided to their clients is delivered to an exceptional standard, so it is important that this Office Administrator is friendly and approachable with the ability to always remain professional. This is an extremely rewarding role that offers a unique opportunity to join a team of a leading global health management company, with a focus on generating the highest possible levels of client satisfaction, as well as supporting the Client Services Manager and wider clinical team with all administrative tasks.
Typical Office Administrator duties will include organising health assessment schedules for clients, booking appointments, communicating effectively with clients, liaising with sub-contracting professionals to support the service and day-to-day suppliers, and updating and maintaining the client clinical database.
The successful Office Administrator will have excellent interpersonal skills, be happy to push the barriers, always going the extra mile but be continuously aware of the delicate, confidential and precious nature of delivering healthcare in the highest of standards.
