We are looking for a highly organized and efficient EA to join an industry leading financial services firm based in the City. Based out of their impressive offices, with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days/week, we are looking for a confident, bright, and approachable EA who enjoys working in a team! This is a busy and varied role, where you will be supporting the Global HR Director and Finance Director with ad hoc support for their wider teams. The ideal EA will be able to multitask, prioritize, and anticipate the needs of the team. You will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the team and ensuring that they have the necessary resources to achieve their goals. Typical EA duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Co-ordinating and organising internal and external meetings
  • Providing diary management support as appropriate
  • Co-ordinating travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation and putting together travel itineraries
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations for meetings and seminars
  • Organising and preparing papers and reports for meetings
  • Processing expenses for the divisions
  • Acting as first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders wishing to contact the team
