We are working on a brand-new 6-month FTC for a Team Assistant to join a start-up membership body who provide advocacy and policy development services for national operator groups. This Team Assistant will work closely alongside the Executive Assistant to support public and private members across a range of areas including best practice, operations, people issues and stakeholder management. Based out of lovely Central London offices, this Team Assistant will be joining a tight knit team of industry professionals and play an integral role providing flexible administrative and organisational support across the team on a variety of activities. We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and motivated Team Assistant with excellent organisational, administrative, written, and oral communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Typical Team Assistant duties include:

  • Event support: Assisting with the planning and delivery of member and stakeholder workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Finding and booking venues, developing event programmes, organising and delivering event communication plans, arranging speakers, noting and following up actions
  • Drafting and proof-reading papers/presentations
  • Providing project support, as and when required
  • Creating agendas and meeting packs, taking minutes and actions
  • Maintaining database systems

Our client offers a hybrid working structure including 2 days WFH/week, as well as a fantastic package and lots of other perks. This is initially a 6-month contract with the possibility to go permanent.
