We are working on a part time Team Assistant role, working three days a week role based in fabulous Victoria offices. Our client are a boutique investment firm, with global offices. There are circa 20 in the London team and they are looking for a Team Assistant to help manage the day to day running of the office as well as assisting with office administration; booking travel and logistics, managing expenses, scheduling meetings and being the first point of contact for guests coming in. There is another PA in the office and a Receptionist in the building, so this Team Assistant will have their support and the office is serviced, but there are still day to day requirements such as monitoring office supplies, liaising with contractors, assisting with IT issues, helping with new starters etc.
The team are delightful, they are a great fun bunch looking for a Team Assistant with an upbeat and positive personality who can really add to the office culture. We are looking for a Team Assistant with ideally 6 months to a year previous office experience.
The salary is £25,000 pro rata this will be a take home salary of £15,000 per year
