I have a very exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join a boutique legal firm located in stunning co-working offices based in the heart of the City.  This Office Manager position requires someone who is a problem solver, always ensuring they are 2 steps ahead and has the ability to work at pace, under pressure and get things done! As the Office Manager you will play a key role in managing the operational side of the business which will include internal communications, HR, Payroll, Training, Recruitment, Purchasing, ad hoc project work and providing some PA assistance to the MD.  The Office Manager will be supported by a part-time HR Director.

I am looking for an exceptional Office Manager who has both finance and HR experience.  These are exciting times for this expanding, entrepreneurial business and the successful candidate will be part of a young and social team with plenty of development opportunities ahead of them.  Core hours 9-5.30, flexible working + discretionary bonus.
