This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a highly organised and self driven Executive Assistant to provide a high level of support to three senior Client Executives. We are looking for a Executive Assistant that has excellent business acumen, strong initiative and a real appetite to get involved in the running of the business. 

The role

  • Full diary management for 3 busy and ever changing diaries
  • Assisting with day to day logistics to ensure Executives are in the right place, briefed and fully prepared
  • Inbox management; flagging anything urgent and following up when needed
  • UK and international travel arrangements
  • Keeping up to date with Client Services activities and keeping track of all actions and deadlines
  • Preparing reports, presentations and documents
  • Representing the Executives in communications, meetings and events
  • Handling meeting minutes and agendas, sharing documents, creating reports, researching and coordinating office admin requests
  • Providing the bridge for smooth communication among internal and external teams; maintaining confidentiality, trust and support
  • Acting as gatekeeper managing external relationships
  • Processing expenses, paying bills and general day to day financial admin
  • Submitting and approving timesheets, and leave applications
  • Working on ad hoc projects to support the growth and development of the agency
  • Working closely with other EAs and PAs within the business to offer support for Executives and when cover is needed

The right candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, supporting senior executives and stakeholders in a challenging, fast paced environment. We are looking for someone dynamic, who is exceptionally organised, with first class communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. Candidates must be confident managing a busy workload with ever changing priorities and schedules!

Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-6pm +lovely benefits
