We are working on a 6 month contract, Office Manager position at a private bank based in smart Mayfair offices. This role is working 4 days a week and will be office based.
Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager to support them with an office move and refurbishment so it is an exciting project to manage. The successful Office Manager must have executed an office move previously, ideally within a professional services firm.
Our client is based in very smart offices and will expect the same standard of office space with their move, so we are looking for an Office Manager with a high attention to detail and the ability to make things happen quickly and effectively!
As well as the office move, other Office Manager duties include; overseeing the day to day smooth running of the office, arranging catering for meetings and events, managing office supplies, handling any facility issues, being responsible for Health and Safety and fire regulations within the office, managing expenses, invoices and the company credit card, managing subscriptions, ensuring all staff have building access, negotiating insurance contracts and typical office admin
