Our client, a leading property development and investment firm, based in smart Chelsea offices are looking for a Marketing Assistant / Office Manager to assist the Marketing Manager and manage the day to day running of the office.

The ideal Marketing Assistant / Office Manager will be able to effectively manage all aspects of the office, coordinate meetings and all other office events. They should be comfortable managing the busy diary, answering inbound phone calls, co-ordinating meetings and ensuring the office presents well and is fully stocked at all times. The Marketing Assistant / Office Manager should also possess a confident and friendly demeanour so they can effectively interact with office visitors. This is a varied role with opportunity to progress into other aspects of the business. The Marketing Assistant / Office Manager will offer support to all team members including direct contact with the Chief Executive, and will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Marketing Assistant / Office Manager Responsibilities

  • Full management of the office
  • Schedule meetings and interviews
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Management of the database to ensure it is kept up to date
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Record office expenditure and arrange office orders and deliveries
  • Occasional running of personal errands for the Chief Executive
  • Provide direct support to the Marketing Director
  • Assisting with the creation of marketing materials
  • Co-ordinating the organisation of internal and external events
  • Providing additional marketing support to the investment and development teams

Marketing Assistant / Office Manager Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work
  • Excellent standard of written English
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Some marketing experience preferable
  • Friendly, positive can-do attitude

Hours 8.45am - 5.45pm Monday to Friday plus 24 days holiday
